Well, it’s a drizzly Saturday morning. Sam, our youngest cat came inside earlier with the rest of the cats and now is lamenting his choice. It’s like a Greek tragedy, sooooooooooooo sad. I keep having visions of the cats in long white Greek robes, singing and declaiming injustice of it all. “I will sing the song of my people…”

Trump is on television saying that Obama doesn’t understand “cleanliness.” Jesus. What a man. My joints are in an uproar, have been for a week. What’s that about? We’re going to have to move to Saudia Arabia.

Talarico has to have a massive turnout of black voters to win on Tuesday. 3 million black voters. I don’t think Crockett has campaigned for him. I like her so much, but I think there was some racial problem in their primary. “There was so much bad blood” says one African American woman who worked for Crockett.

· In the small Ukrainian town of Oleshky in the Russian-occupied part of Kherson it is “hell on earth.” “it’s inhabitants with almost No functioning medical care are being killed by landmines and drone attacks. Others are most obscenely dying of starvation. Their neighbors in Kherson, across the Dnieper River in free Ukraine, can almost see their plight first hand.”

· (Note: The ceasefire supposedly helped along by Melania Trump, ridiculous, I know, means that those who surrender will go on a tortuous journey and be questioned about whether they want to go to Ukraine or Russia, huhhhh. The potential for arresting “spies” will be great. They could just cross the river into Ukraine rather than go on this tortuous journey complete with endless Russian bureaucratic filtering. That would be the sane way of doing it and the humane way of doing it.
